Rogers Yums!

 I have a new favorite sandwich. It's a grilled cheese with ham and thick slices of peach. Cut a ripe peach into half inch slices. Top a slice of bread with a slice of cheese, then the peach slices, then another slice of cheese, then some ham and another slice of bread. Butter the outside of the sandwich and grill it.  Cover it with a lid while it's cooking to trap in the heat and cook the peaches a bit. Having cheese on both sides of the peach slices helps to glue them in place so they don't fall out.

 I came across some interesting recipes today. As much fun as they are to read, I'm not inclined to try making them.
